Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise and refix the petitioner's monthly pension in the light of the 12(3) Settlement dated 13.04.2015 and in consequence to pay the revised pension with arrears from 01.06.2014 to till the date of payment together with 18 % interest and other attendant benefits to the petitioner within the stipulated period and to pass orders.

Mr. A.K. 2. Thus, the petitioner does not wish to pursue this writ petition any further.
