ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent not to register any documents in respect of combined survey No. in TS No.931, Block 9, Mela Madurai, Ward 8, Madurai City Corporation, in virtue of petitioner's title in Doc. No.309/1967 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Madurai, based on the petitioner's objection petition dated 02.06.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the Sale Certificate issued to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
