Prayer in W.P(MD).No.5033 of 2018:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in C.No.A9/28059/368/2016 dated 11.12.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to revise and regularize the service seniority and give the further promotion to the post of Inspector of Police from the year of 2014 in the light of the C list in C.No.16122/A1/2016, Z.O.No.99/2016 dated 16.07.2016.

Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies after the disposal of S.L.P.Nos.6980 to 6996 of 2018.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court, without expressing any opinion in the merits of the case, is inclined to grant liberty to the petitioners to 3/5
pursue their remedies after the disposal of S.L.P.Nos.6980 to 6996 of 2018 pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
