ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 16.06.2025 passed in I.A.No.01 of 2024 in H.M.O.P.No.135 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Lalgudi.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 1/4

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed this petition against the interim maintenance ordered by the trial Court, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of HMOP No.135 of 2023 within a stipulated time.

4.Considering the limited prayer that has been now sought for and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of HMOP No.135/2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 29.07.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No RR 2/4
