The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the gift settlement deed, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2025.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2025, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
