ORDER

The petitioner has applied for survey of the land in Survey No.654/13A situated at Konnathampatti Village, Sivagangai District and has filed this writ petition stating that his application has not been considered by the respondents so far.

2.When the writ petition has been taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application when the officials went to survey the land, objections were raised by the neighbours and therefore, the land could not be surveyed.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed as per Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
