PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned appointment order passed by the first respondent appointing the fifth respondent as Anganvadi organizer in Thiruvathevan Panchayath Union Primary School, Sethupavachathram Panchayath Union, Thanjavur District in his proceeding Na.Ka.182/2017 Sa.Oo.Thi-1 dated 06.02.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in the post of Anganvadi organizer in Thiruvathevan Panchayath Union Primary School, Sethupavachathram Panchayath Union, Thanjavur District.
