To call for the records in Special Sessions Case No.11 of 2014 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Thanjavur, Thanjavur District, and set aside the judgment dated 16.10.2019 and Acquit the Appellant of the Charges leveled against him.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.VEILMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAY GANDHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2826 of 2020, dated 19.03.2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.591 of 2019.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

This petition is allowed accordingly.
