PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take action against the 2 to 4 respondents in accordance with Section 82 and 83 of Indian Registration Act, 1908 and cancel the false sale deed bearing document No. 988/2024 dated 18.04.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2025.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
