ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to issue 'Non Traceable Certificate' to the petitioner, on the basis of the complaint dated 05.05.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that her husband is the owner of the subject property through a sale deed in Doc.No.877 of 1991 and now, in order to meet out the medical expenses, he decided to sell the property and the original document was found missing, when the same was taken over for taking photographs on 03.05.2021 in a Xerox shop situated near by Bombay Sweet Stall, Kovilpatti. Based upon that, the petitioner on behalf of her husband gave a complaint on 05.05.2021 and on 16.07.2021, she sent another complaint through RPAD. Since there is no action, this petition came to be filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that in view of the recent circular that has been issued by the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu, proper procedure has to be followed before issuing 'Non Traceable Certificate', which will take some time.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16459 of 2021 Officer, 3 months time is granted to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the enquiry and depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further steps can be taken by the petitioner. After completing the process, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
