Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 herein to consider the proposal dated 27.07.2018 forwarded by the 5th respondent herein in respect of the petitioner appointment as Office Assistant in Karappettai Nadar Higher Secondary School, Tuticorin with effect from 11.06.2018.

ORDER
Heard Mr.D.Nallathambi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiagarajan, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 5th respondent.
2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 herein to consider the proposal dated 27.07.2018, forwarded by the 5th respondent herein in respect of the 1/3
petitioner's appointment as Office Assistant in Karappettai Nadar Higher Secondary School, Tuticorin, with effect from 11.06.2018. 4.According to the petitioner, he was appointed as Office Assistant in the 5th respondent school, by the appointment order dated 11.06.2018. Seeking approval for the said post, the 5th respondent school sent a proposal dated 27.07.2018 to the respondents 1 to 4. Since no order has been passed on the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent, the petitioner has come out with the present Writ Petition.
5.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that the case of the petitioner will be considered based on the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent and necessary orders be passed, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6.In view of the above submission, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the proposal sent by the 5th Respondent dated 27.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
7.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
