ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences under Sections 417 and 376 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The defacto complainant was examined under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.,. She has very clearly stated that the petitioner had physical relationship with her by promising to marry her. The petitioner has now gone back on his assurance. That is why, the present complaint came to be filed.

CRL OP(MD). No.12530 of 2019 3.Since on the very face of it the offence of rape is made out, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. This criminal original petition stands dismissed.
