2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this petition has been filed by the sister of the husband of the defacto complainant to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.52 of 2017.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the already final report has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same has been taken cognizance in CC. No.934 of 2022.

4. Since the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate petition.
