ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 4 and 5 to initiate appropriate action as against the private respondents to close down the hollow block unit, which is said to be running illegally.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 received written instruction to the effect that the hollow block unit has not been functioning for the past two years. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
