This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the Revision Petitioner to set aside the order dated 18.06.2024 in Cr.M.P.No.2928 of 2024 in Crime No.21 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai to return the Ashok Leyland Tipper Lorry bearing Reg.No.TN-28-AK-7918 to the Revision Petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, submitted that the Revision Petitioner does not wish to press the Criminal Revision Petition and want to withdraw the same. In this regard, he has circulated a letter 2/5

dated 13.10.2025 and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Revision Petition.

3. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, learned Government Advocate, for the Respondent stated that he had no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
