PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the IV Additional District Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.372 of 2022 in L.A.O.P.No.12 of 2005, within a time limit.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the IV Additional District Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.372 of 2022 in L.A.O.P.No.12 of 2005. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would submit that the petitioner are the legal heirs of Kandasamy Servai, who was a claimant in L.A.O.P.No.12 of 2005, on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli. The property of the said Kandasamy Servai was acquired by the Government and thereafter, in the land acquisition proceedings in L.A.O.P.No.12 of 2005, the Land Acquisition Tribunal / II Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli passed an award fixing a reasonable market value for the land acquired. The total compensation payable to the deceased Kandasamy Servai was arrived at Rs.11,37,469/-. Thereafter E.P.No.372 of 2022 came to be filed and the same is pending. Learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that till date, the compensation amount payable to the 2/5

legal heirs of said Kandasamy Servai has not been paid and prays for expeditious disposal of E.P.No.372 of 2022.

3.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the IV Additional District Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the execution petition in E.P.No.372 of 2022 in L.A.O.P.No.12 of 2005, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
