ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court by an order dated 23.12.2020 had directed the respondent to conduct enquiry and register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of three weeks. Thereafter, the petitioner was not called for any enquiry and he is not aware about the progress of the case. He further submitted that the petitioner fell from the motor vehicle on 17.01.2021 and took treatment as inpatient in Government Medical College and Hospital at Pudukkottai from 17.01.2021 to 02.02.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that there is a proposal to transfer the enquiry from the respondent police to Cybercrime.
