further direct the respondents not to withheld the pension amount of the petitioner in future for any reason.

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to disburse the pension amount of the petitioner from November 2012.

2.Today(27.02.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the petitioner is no more and the benefit has also been settled to the petitioner during his life time. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
