ORDER

The present writ petition is filed challenging the charge memos dated 14.02.2018, 20.02.2018 and 22.02.2018.

2. Earlier, this Court by order dated 23.10.2018 directed the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry on day-to-day basis without adjourning the matter beyond seven working days at any point of time and further directed to keep the order in a sealed cover and produce before this Court.

3. Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the second respondent passed an order on 04.01.2019 and on the same day, the second respondent forwarded a copy of the order in a sealed cover addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

4. In view of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed by the second respondent in the disciplinary proceeding, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. The respondents 1 & 2 are directed to furnish a copy of the order dated 04.01.2019 to the petitioner, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
