This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.16179 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners were not able to pay the fine amount, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
