(Order of this Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J) Heard Mr.H.Velavadhas, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
2.By consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for disposal.
3.The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to issue the Hindu Malaivedan Community Certificate to the Petitioner stating that he belongs to Hindu Malaivedan community. From the instructions given by the learned Government Advocate, it is seen that the application for grant of Community Certificate is made by the Petitioner on 16.7.2019 and Enquiry Notice was issued to the Petitioner on 29.7.2019 and on 30.8.2019, an enquiry was conducted and statement has been recorded from the Petitioner. He would further submit that the authority concerned shall pass orders expeditiously.

is referred in the enquiry notice is a second reminder sent on 16.7.2019.
5.Be that as it may, statement is recorded from the Petitioner on 13.8.2019 and hence, the respondent is directed to pass final orders on the application submitted by the Petitioner seeking Community Certificate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
