ORDER

This Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service in pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent by order dated 16.09.2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even after the passage of three years, the said order has not been implemented. 3.In view of the same, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner's case has to be duly appreciated by reinstating the petitioner in terms of the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 16.09.2021. Hence, this Court hereby direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service in terms of the order passed by the first respondent vide proceeding dated 16.09.2021 with consequential benefits including backwages from the date of order of the first 2/4

respondent within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
