2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the common affidavit filed in support of this petition.
3. The name of the 4th respondent has been printed in the cause list.
4. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent have not raised any serious objections to these petitions.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
