This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to jaundice, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.6364 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9015 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022.

3.
