SURESH.M.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12408 of 2023 on 07.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. The petitioner is having 7 previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12408 of 2023 on 07.07.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week (i.e.,) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 26/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
