This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and give adequate police protection for conducting Aadal Padal Program on 08.09.2019 in pursuant to the Arulmigu Vallaba Sree Sakthi Vinayagar Devi Sree Sakthi Marriyamman THirukovil Festival, situated at Arappalayam Madurai City. 2.Heard both sides.

3 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 30.08.2019, permission granted to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.
