Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the first respondent informed the Court that they have not issued any adverse communication against the writ petitioner. As of now, no cause of action has arisen against the first respondent. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. It is always open to the petitioner herein to move this Court again for relief, if the occasion arises. No costs.
