2. Today, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.16003 of 2023, this Court modifies the costs imposed on the petitioner to that of Rs.5,000/- instead of Rs.10,000/-. As the petitioner has already paid Rs.5,000/- and the same was also recorded by this Court in the earlier order dated 12.10.2023, no further order is necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
