PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct to expedite and Speedy Trial of CC No. 222 of 2014 on the filed of the Additional Mahila Court,(JM Level), Madurai within the time frame.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite and Speedy Trial of CC No. 222 of 2014 on the filed of the Additional Mahila Court,(JM Level), Madurai

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that due to non -appearance of the petitioner the case is pending for a long time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be direction to the Additional Mahila Court,(JM Level), Madurai to complete the trial in C.C.No. 222 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned court on all hearing dates without fail.
