The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner is no more. He also submits that in spite of specific communication from the petitioner's counsel, no certain instructions have been given by the legal heirs of the petitioner and requested to pass appropriate orders considering the factual situation.

2. On consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner is no more and the legal heirs of the sole petitioner are not showing any interest to prosecute the case, in my view, this Writ Petition can be dismissed as abated.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated.

4. No costs.

5. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
