Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is questioning only the consequential order without mounting challenge to the primary order dated 12.10.2021 passed by the District Revenue Officer. The petitioner's counsel submitted that the said order was not served on him.
3. Without going into the veracity of the said assertion, I direct the second respondent to serve a copy of the order dated 12.10.2021 passed by the first respondent. This shall be done immediately and without any delay. It is open to the petitioner to avail his remedies in the manner known to law.
4. With this liberty to the writ petitioner and direction to the second respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
