2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that after the filing of the writ petition, necessary repair work has been done.
3. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to proceed further, which is in the nature of conducting a roving enquiry to find out the situation prevailing, more particularly, when the petitioner is not able to controvert the said submission.
4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. However, we make it clear that if according to the petitioner, the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel is not correct, it is very well open to him to approach this Court with adequate evidence. No costs.
