ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2018 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the representation which has been enclosed at page No.51 of the typed-set of papers has not been received by the respondents, though proof of service has also been enclosed.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the 2/4_________

respondents to consider this representation shown in Page No.51 of the typed-set of papers, without insisting upon the fresh representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
