ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection for the petitioner's construction work as upstairs steps, bathroom and erecting pipe line.

It is seen that the 3rd respondent, who is adjacent house owner of the petitioner quarreling with him in respect of the erection of pipeline. In this regard, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 23.08.2019, before the 2nd respondent Police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct the enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 23.08.2019, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent herein, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
