The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his application dated 02.01.2025 seeking patta transfer. 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, he purchased 860 Sq.ft of land situate in S.No.162/33 in Bannuvarpatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District under registered the sale deed dated 30.01.2020. The petitioner submitted an application seeking issuance of patta on 02.01.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner, dated 02.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
