Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7036 of 2021 dated 26.05.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some health issues and financial conditions, the petitioner could not arrange sureties in time.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
