ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition to quash the proceedings in CC.No.136 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled amicably. However he has not produced any document to that effect.

3. Considering the above submission, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition along with necessary documents.
