Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the 1st and 3rd condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in granting anticipatory bail by it order dated. 08.02.2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 22251 of 2018 in Crime No. 26/2018 on file of the respondent in the interest of justice.

Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJIV RUFUS.V, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the 1st and 3rd condition imposed by this Court in granting anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.22251 of 2018, dated 08.02.2019 and extension of further 2 weeks time for complying the condition. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st and 3rd condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22251 of 2018, dated 08.02.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.11059 of 2022 deposit a sum of Rs.54,000/- (Rupees Fifty Four thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.26 of 2018 and the learned Magistrate shall accept the sureties only on the payment of Rs.54,000/- . 4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. The time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
