Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings No.Ve.A.Ni. 2/119205/2016 dt.. 21.06.2017 in respect of recovery and consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent vide order No.Pani.1/10132/2016 dt. 30.06.2017 in respect of recovery and another order passed by the 2nd respondent by refixing pay scale vide No.Pani.1/10132/2016 dt.19.07.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to send revision pension proposal to the 6th respondent as per original pay fixation and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to pay all the retirement benefits as per the original pay fixation to the petitioner.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks for a revised pension as per the original pay fixation with a consequential direction to the respondents to pay all the retirement benefits.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and 7 submitted that pending writ petition, the second respondent herein had passed proceedings dated 24.10.2019, whereby, a sum of Rs.8,43,827/- was determined as the DCRG benefits payable to the petitioner and the same was also credited to the petitioner's account on 21.10.2019, through ECS. As such, the grievance of the petitioner seems to have been met. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the quantum of the DCRG amount, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
3. In view of the payment made through ECS on 21.10.2019, no effective orders can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. vsm 18.07.2022 3/4
