PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to measure the petitioner's property and demarcate of the survey boundaries according to help of revenue and survey records in Patta No.396, Survey No.15/1 situated in Narthampatti Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2018 and consider his representation within such time frame fixed by this Court.
