Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MUTHUMALAI RAJA.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.iii imposed while granting order in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11785 of 2023, by an order dated 03.07.2024. The condition which had been imposed by the Division Bench of this Court was that the petitioner should report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. In the affidavit now filed seeking modification, it has been stated that the petitioner is the only breadwinner of the family and also has the responsibility to take care of his old aged mother. He has also his family to look after and it is stated that he is suffering from economic conditions and stayed at Chennai, is beyond his means.
3.We have heard Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, we would modify the condition and direct the petitioner to appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.
