ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to give adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members at the time of constructing compound wall in his land in Survey No.67/169 comprised in Patta o.1492 situate at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and would submit that the representation, dated 05.12.2020 given by the petitioner was closed in Current Petition No.P4/37733/3304/2020 on 07.12.2020 based on the representations made both by the petitioner and the private respondents 4 and 5 that they would resolve their dispute before the competent Civil Cout.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
