PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ref.Na.Ka.No.5157/A4/2018, dated 19.08.2019 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service as B.T.Assistant (English) at Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruvonam within the time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ref.Na.Ka.No.5157/A4/2018, dated 19.08.2019 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue in service as B.T.Assistant (English) at Government Higher Secondary School, Thiruvonam within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
