DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.BHASKARAN, Advocate for the Appeallant and of Mr.A.THEETHAR, Advocate for the first respondent, and none appearance on behalf of the second respondent this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the award passed by the the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum III Additional District and Sessions judge(PCR),Madurai dated 11.11.2013 and made in M.C.O.P.No.1723 of 2010 be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.

(2) That the Appeallant/Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., be and hereby is directed to deposit the amount awarded by the Tribunal, along with interest at the rate of 7.5% p.a from the date of petition till the date of deposit, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment, if not already deposited.

(3) That on such deposit being made, the claiment/first respondent be and hereby are permitted to withdraw the award amount after deducting amount if any already received by him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(4) That the Claimants are not entitled for Interest for the default period, if there is any default and
