ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give appropriate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner at Nadaiparai Vilai Veedu, Panaikulam Post,

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has filed an appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2024 and is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kuzhithurai and that the petitioner has completely suppressed the pending of the appeal.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and after coming to know that appeal is pending, they have closed the complaint.

Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
