2.The petitioner has challenged the communication dated 22.12.2020 issued by the President of the local body, calling upon the petitioner to vacate the petition mentioned communal property. The petition mentioned land has been classified as a "grazing land". 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that a recent inspection indicated that the petitioner had vacated the property on her own and that, as on date, it is in the possession of the local body.

4.Recording the said development, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
