Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condtiion imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai Dt. 28.04.2022 in Crl.M.P. No. 2121 of 2022 in regarding with directing the petitioners shall stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town PS. Daily twice at 10.00 a.m. And 5.00p.m. For 30 days. Thereafter, they shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m. Until further orders. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Venkatesan , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.9477 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.9477 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
