Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1757/2018/F1, dated 20.05.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondent No.3 to permit the petitioner to continue the petitioner's business in the sales outlet of TAN Tea Products at Tenkasi New Bus Stand premises as per the allotment order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1757/2017/F1, dated 30.04.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 16.02.2021, to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal". 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.
3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
