ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the land situated in Survey No.126/13 at Thirumangalam Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his E-challan dated 29.01.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Sathyachidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was settled in his favour under a registered settlement deed dated 06.08.2024 and patta for the subject property was also issued in his name in Patta No.2268. The petitioner submitted an application on 29.01.2025, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the the petitioner failed to produce the acknowledgement for having submitted an online application. Therefore, his request has not been considered.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the acknowledgment for having submitted an online application for survey of the property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
