The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent police to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner to fence the property belonging to Sri Vyasaraja Mutt (Sosale) comprised in S.Nos. 177/1A1A, 178/8 situated in Sinthalavadi Village, Karur District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 1.8.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2022 is still pending on the file of the second respondent. 2/4
4.In view of the above, the second respondent hereby directed consider the representation of petitioner dated 01.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law immediately. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
